The length of warranty varies by brand, If you are unsure of your warranty period please contact us at info@ridelev.com

Warranties are not included on the display, controller, motor and charger against manufacturing and material defects on a replacement basis.

Valid only with the original receipt of purchase.

Should your product develop a defect under the manufacturer warranty, please complete our support form, or alternatively send us an email to info@ridelev.com


Exclusions:

  • The warranty doesn’t cover external damage such as broken parts or general wear and tear items , such as tyres and brakes.
  • Excludes consumable wearing fittings, such as brakes and tyres.
  • Excludes parts with physical damages, incomplete/broken cable connections.
  • Excludes misuse, modification, negligence and use of the scooter in wet conditions.
  • Excludes professional and hire use.
  • Warranty is NON-Transferable.
